Core Creative has been busy with a multi-faceted branding project for a new condo and live/work/play development in Taylor, Texas. Where urban living meets small town charm, The Ferguson is a vibrant residential community offering a variety of living spaces, from studios, condos, garden homes to spacious townhomes, and unique live/work storefront homes. Core Creative developed the landing page for The Ferguson website (TheFergusonCondos.com), designed email marketing for the project launch and is managing ongoing social media for the recently announced development.

Core Creative’s video production team also expertly produced a video of the project using stock video footage and existing drone footage of Taylor, Texas to bring the project, which is in the pre-development stage, to life. Pre-reservations for The Ferguson condos are now LIVE! @thefergusoncondos
